All products sold by Eye C U Security Technology P L are backed by a Two Year Warranty.
Products not manufactured by Eye C U Security Technology P L but supplied by us will pass through that manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty
- Subject to clause 3 (b) it is warranted to the Customer that each new Eye C U Security Technology P L is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of delivery.
- Eye C U Security Technology P L agrees to repair or replace, as its option, any inherently defective SENSOR. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the Customer’s negligence, fault, misuse, neglect or incorrect use of the product, abuse or fair wear and tear. In addition, the warranty does not cover work required to be done to repair a defect or damage caused by vandalism, fire, water, damage, power surge or other circumstance outside of Eye C U Security Technology P L control.
- The warranty provided hereunder is conditional upon documented evidence of proper maintenance by the Customer performed in accordance with the Quick Set-up and Installation/Supply Manual and Maintenance, by qualified, trained personnel, using replacement parts that conform to original design specifications.This warranty will be voided upon modification of the:
- Sensor and System
- Misuse of the Sensor or System
- or unsatisfactory condition and environment of the Customer’s installed location or associated equipment.
Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies the application of the provisions of any statute (including the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of this warranty to be void.
Our goal is for all repairs or replacement to be turned around in five business days. All Eye C U Security Technology P L products are repaired as long as component availability allows.
Eye C U Security Technology P L – Agrees to supply the Sensor and associated goods only.
Any installation or recommended installation by agreement or contract outside of this
Website supply will be undertaken by individuals/companies/tradespersons independent of Eye C U Security Technology P L and no warranty for this work is offered by Eye C U Security Technology P L. All invoices for work undertaken with any installation are and will remain independent of Eye C U Security Technology P L. and paid for in the knowledge that Eye C U Security Technology P L. has no connection with the work undertaken.
